In general the activity in South Grey County is off to a good start this year. The new listings are clearly on par with that of last year.

Majority of Units sold in Grey Bruce board fall into the values between $120,000 and $200,000. The most of these sales, occurred in the specific range of $140,000 - $159,900.

All of these numbers indicate that the market continues to hold steady in this region.
